Tartufo Classico - The delicious ice cream dessert made from creamy Zabaglione ice cream and fine Gianduja ice cream is coated in aromatic cocoa and roasted hazelnut pieces. Now we are producing more variants for the pleasure-oriented ice cream lovers!

Tartufo Limoncello

Think of the famous Italian lemon liqueur made on the Gulf of Naples and along the Amalfi Coast and in Sicily. We developed this specialty as a delicate, fruity ice cream dessert. A creamy lemon milk ice cream with a core of limoncello liqueur. On top meringue streusel! This creates a perfect balance of sweet and sour taste, which makes this Italian-inspired ice cream dessert so outstanding.

Tartufo Amarena

Our new ice cream specialty “Tartufo Amarena” combines the delicate taste of cream ice cream that melts in your mouth with delicate chocolate ice cream that makes sweet dreams come true. A garnish of crispy chocolate sprinkles provides the crunch. The crowning glory is a sweet and sour Amarena cherry topping at the core, which Süd-Eis has made in Italy especially for this purpose.
