Indeed, we have much experience when it comes to ice cream production. This helped us a lot when developing those two classic flavors on vegan basis: Vanilla and Chocolate. "Vegan" was not the only challenge we had to deal with. We were also willing to use exlusively organic ingredients. After investigating intesively and many trials later, we found out how to manufacture the best products.
In particular, we use the following ingredients:
- the finest Bourbon Vanilla
- aromatic cocoa, Rainforest Allicance certified
- rice syrup as substitute for the popular cow milk
- non hydrogenated coconut fat
- Cane sugar and a pinch sea salt
- egg yolk and sunflower lecithin as binder
We mix those components and some additional ones in a specific ratio (top secret!). The outcome is a very aromatic and creamy ice cream which is not only based on organic and vergan ingredients but also tastes delicious!
Nowadays, you´ll find many products of small and friendly "Startups". Some of them are quite famous, others are a bit narcissistic. In any case, the expensive product disappoints due to poor recipes. We did try out some of them and they were mostly not "cremoso" at all but hard and crumbly.
